Responsibilities: 1. Develop, commission and continuously optimize meltblown media production processes; 2. Lead process development of H13-H14 high-efficiency media, improving filtration efficiency and grammage consistency; 3. Resolve process anomalies in production to improve yield and capacity; 4. Prepare and improve process documents and work instructions. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in polymer materials, chemical engineering, textiles or related majors; 2. 3+ years of meltblown / nonwoven process experience; filter media industry background preferred; 3. Familiar with key parameters such as meltblown die, die-to-collector distance and hot-air temperature; 4. Strong sense of responsibility with good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
